Problems have to be expected at 13 years old , and it doesn't seem like you bought it new so you don't know how hard it was beat by the previous owner (I've never bought a used car that didn't end up needing some repairs).     yeah Anderson was a lot of fun but it gives your ride a beating which isn't good for a daily driver. The desert should be fun, not much can happen there besides rolling and getting too much air off a jump.

    The Expy in the outskirts of Las Vegas... wanted to go play in the sand but nobody else was there to pull me out if I got stuck. From San Diego to Las Vegas took just over 4 hours going nonstop and leaving SD about 2am. The desert pics are on from on the way back. Took about 6 hours to get home...

    Ford used to have the excursion that had the psd and the v10... now Fords biggest engine for towing in an SUV is the 5.4L which is just straight out embarassing when you're talking to a chevy or GM guy.

    'Chrome clad' rims....WTH?

    you can buy lincoln navigator rims that are real chrome for around 600 on ebay (all 4) and if you want you can replace the center caps with chrome ford caps instead of the lincoln symbol.
