    Yes it works great on the hard plastic... any dirt comes right off just using a rag and then after it's clean I hit it with some armoural to shine it up and give it UV protection.

    Mostly true... but the streety are very slippery in San Diego when it rains, and I always wish I had AWD when driving on wet roads. If I floor it on a wet road the expedition slides all over the place and I can barely keep it in a straight line.

    Excel... I have the bilstein shocks and while they do help with roll, if you really want to reduce body roll then upgrade your sway bars (front and rear). After I upgraded my sway bars the expedition handled a lot better and has a much more solid feeling while driving.

    Stiffer/Beefier Suspension

    FYI the max payload for the 03 is 1614 pounds so you're looking for trouble by having that much weight being carried all the time. I agree with just4fun in that you need to get some heavy duty shocks and springs with a higher spring rate to be able to properly carry that load.
