My wife and I ordered on 1/3/22 and received our “scheduled for production” email today (2/3/22). We ordered an XLT Max 4x4 with the standard equipment group, rear bench, black cloth interior, and iconic silver exterior. Got the VIN and order number from the dealer last week. Scheduled build...
I think everyone is getting emails today! Got the official email from Ford saying the vehicle is scheduled for the week of March 7th. Their dang tracking system still won’t work though
Priority code 19 is a generic retail sale code for dealers. When they order a vehicle from Ford to sell on their lot, this the default code they go to. As far as the 1 to 10 priority codes, I’m not sure which is better or worse. I know there is supposed to be a way for the dealers to change the...
Order my wife’s expedition on 1/3 and now have scheduled production week of the first week of March, and hopeful delivery by the middle to end of March according to the dealer. We ordered a Max XLT 4x4 in iconic silver, black cloth interior, 2nd row bench, with the 200a equipment group. Not sure...
According to the updated order guide (2/1/22), the RES now says late availability. It did mention Amazon Firestick in the RES description so I’d say that was a correct assumption on the Amazon electronics outfitting the new expeditions. Now, how “late” is late availability? That’s the big question!
We may get a working tracking system by the time we get our cars delivered. I did do a VIN decoder and all the details of the vehicle come up so there is that I guess.
I figure the guys and gals ordering higher trim level vehicles and abnormal components are going to be expecting a longer wait than me. My order was pretty plain Jane which suits me better anyways. Dealer told me I was lucky to get my order scheduled as early on as I did.
I placed my order for a Max XLT 4x4 with cloth seats back on 1/3/22 and got notified on 1/26/22 by my dealer that the car had been scheduled for production. I know some people got theirs in a shorter time frame than me and others are still waiting. The dealer didn’t give me a build date but did...
Just got off the phone with the sales manager at my dealer and they said that our expedition is scheduled for production with an estimated dealer delivery date between the middle to end of March. Didn’t get an actual production date out of him but good to know we’ll have a car by April hopefully.
The thought has definitely crossed my mind but we would like to keep one 4wd vehicle in our household (f150 has 4wd and the f250 is just rwd). The f250 also has some things I need to get done on it before I take it on long road trips. I visit my family pretty regularly and they are about 5 hours...
I ordered my wife’s car back at the beginning of January and I'm just worried Ford is gonna pittle fart around on my order until late summer or something. My wife’s 2012 GMC Acadia killed over on her and she is currently driving my ‘19 F150 with the 3.5 eco in it but our plan is to trade it in...
I ordered my expedition max XLT back on 1/3 and have yet to get a production date for it. Mine is iconic silver like yours but will have the 200a package instead of the 202a (the activeX is real leather and I couldn’t bring myself to spend an extra $4k for pleather seats)
The removal of the auto start/stop switch is an interesting theory. Maybe we should do a poll and see who ordered a vehicle without the switch and if they did, have they received their VIN and/or build date.
I ordered my wife’s expedition January 3rd and have yet to hear anything from other than my order confirmation email. Spoke with my local dealer today and they said that I have a priority code of 19. I asked what that means and the guy at the dealer said it was a generic priority code or...
My wife and I ordered our ‘22 expedition max xlt 200a package with 4x4, in iconic silver and black cloth interior. We placed our order on 1/3/22 and have only received our order confirmation email. Got the email as I was walking out the door of the dealership but haven’t heard anything else from...
