I want to rephrase a little. It's the "low throttle" or part throttle response (everyday driveability?) that becomes dramatically different which of course is most noticable at low rpms. I did not notice near as much difference at W.O.T. with a 6# vs 10. M112 vs M122. 1.8L vs 2.0L. I think...- toms89

With the 10# pulley it is overspinning the hell out of the eaton and pushing it well outside its efficiency range. IAT temps need to be monitored closely. I have a fluidyne heat exchanger as well plus a killer chiller. Thinking about going to methanol injection instead. The biggest...- toms89

I broke my 2nd gear sprag a little less than a year after my install. Had it rebuilt at that time with turbo diesel internals and better clutches, etc....- toms89

I think you will enjoy the instant and fairly violent nature of the throttle response with the roots blower vs a centi. Its well suited to the heavy suv... But you will quickly find the limit of the eaton as well. Mine struggles to make 12psi as it is currently setup with 10# lower pulley. I...- toms89

Changing plugs on these can improve with practice but i'm sure most sane individuals choose not to do so.. lol. I have done it many times just to check tune and engine conditions with my modifications. Did not really time myself but believe its maybe an hour to do all 8. #4, 7, 8 are the...- toms89

Missfire
O2 sensors measure oxygen content not fuel... surprise right. lol My point is a misfire lets unburned fuel / oxygen pass through to the exhaust and should create a lean reading as read by the O2 sensor not rich since it actually registers O2 not the fuel. I myself would tend to suspect...- toms89

What did you do to the expy today
Kind of hard to make accessible spark plugs when half the motor is under the cowl.. :( Guess they could have move the motor forward more making the vehicle longer and/or sacrifice the weight balance/ wheel base. I agree it's a pita but not sure how they could improve it under the circumstance...- toms89

RV Cam
I used comp cams 102500 with my expy build but it would be considered aggressive for a near stock expy. I have used lunati cams in the past with my mustang and loved it. By rv cam I assume you looking for extra low end torque. The 102100 is probably what your looking for and should work...- toms89
