Well off the top of my head, you will need to mount the navigator grille onto your expy hood, because the navigator grille is attached to the hood. The contour around the headlights is slightly different also.
03/04 Navigators have the plastic bumper with round fog lights
05/06 Navigators have the fully painted bumper with square fog lights

Also neither will fit without heavy modification if you want to keep your expy hood and headlights.
get two magnaflow 94306 cats, tell the shop to cut out the the front two pre cats and replace them with straight pipe, then replace your other two cats with the highflows, just make sure they keep your o2 sensors in the OEM locations and make sure they connect them when they are done

Just send them an email. If not go to autotrader or a smiliar site that sells vehicles. Look for a Navigator that has the "smoked" signal and just copy the VIN and send it in an email to Tasca and they should be able to locate the part for you.
