    03-mn-exp, I have them in my '98 EB (Raybestos), but I saw on a previous thread that they were not available for the '03 as of yet. On the same thread it was stated that Ford was working on a new friction material that would dust less, but no word has been given as to there introduction.

    Kistler, Check out the generally useless tire lug nut removal tool that comes with the truck. Mine has a flat tip with rubber on it on the end opposite the lug nut removal end, just for the purpose of not messing up the finish.

    ranbir, Mine is a '98 EB Exby. I have always had this problem, but I fix mine by turning the rear wiper on, and then going back to the wiper and kind of "jiggle" it around, which gets it going again for a coupla months. Since mine is out of warranty, this is easier than installing a new new one.
