    They are standard equipment if you have the factory moonroof on the 03. Just follow the plastic trim along the door roof line inside the cab. If you see the the letters SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) or SIAC (Side Impact Air Curtain) then it is equipped with it.

    For you do it yourselfers...I would HIGHLY recommend dabbing a little oil on the rubber ring before insertying the new oil filter. Thisis the reason that the factory filters are a BEAR to remove...since they insert a new filter on a new block. Ohh and I use Mobil-1 exclusively.

    Get the bug deflector from Ford. The aftermarket one just wasn't conformed to the hood right so I returned it. The Ford deflector fit like a glove.

    Anything is possible. The body shop will have to use an additive to the paint and primer to ensure there is adhesion to the particular type of plastic it is.

    The grille in question does have functionality. A buddy of mine found this out when a stone was kicked up and put a hole in the A/C condensor. Warranty you say? I think not. Ford would not cover it. It was not defect on their part. Needless to say he bought the grille.

    Was the engine or tranny ever replaced? Is it a 4X4? Typically 4X4's suffer more due to more moving parts and abuse. Not to start a conflict either but the 5.4 and the EAOD tranny's have a reputation after 100K according to owners on the Ford Truck Forums. Just my $.02

    When you say the Alternator tested out okay. Was it load tested for Amperage? It may be putting out the volts but when a load is attached to it sounds like the Alt can't hang.

    You are correct in using this. That is exactly what it does. Basically it frees up the torque converter which goes into what they call 1 to 1 ratio at cruising speeds. :rockband:

    ZAINO! All my vehicles are Black and well...if you ever owned Black vehicles let me tell you they are a b@#*h to wax. Especially this tank. But damn does it look good when you get done.
