I only paid $70 or $80 (can't remember which) and the handling is close enough to stock feeling that I don't have any problems. I think adding all the polyurethane bushings and new shocks actually made everything more stable even though the truck sits higher.
I just bought a set of Falken Rocky Mountain ATS in size 285/75/16 and they are great. Just as quiet as the totally street oriented Firestones that came on my Expy and they are smooth as glass with 4 ounces of balancing beads in them. They were only $599 after a $50 rebate from tires.com

Those halos look friggin' outstanding. I am not normally a fan of halos but those have me thinking that I need to get some headlights to you for a retrofit. Or maybe you already have some in the pipline?
It looks like you have a stock suspension with the torsion keys cranked all the way. Mine sits about the same as yours, and I cranked my keys 7 full turns a piece and ended up with my fenders 40 inches off the ground (measured right down the middle of the wheel. My rear with 2 inch spacers is...
How cheap is an "amazing deal"? Also if your basket is four feet wide it would hang over the rails. I haven't measured but I would guess that the rails are around 42 inches apart. My basket is 39 inches wide and is almost as wide as the rails.
I paid $170 for mine and I think that was a...
I will post some pics once I get the fairing put on my cargo basket. The wind noise on my basket is horrible right now. Hopefully the fairing helps alot or else I will have to resort to alot more volume on the Kenwood.
I bought a upper and lower trailing arm bushing kit and only used the lower bushings since the uppers that I bought already had polyurethane bushings installed so I have these that are just sitting in my garage. I paid $100 for the set so if you only need the uppers this will work great for...
Your underhood temps are much higher after the engine has warmed up. Just like on a cool (think 40 degrees) morning you can feel some extra pull. It is because cold air is more dense than warm air so more air is forced into the cylinders creates more hp (better volumetric efficiency). That is...
MPRI or DynaCorp would be a great place for me to land once I get out of the military. The IPA's we had made great money for the amount of work they did. I wouldn't mind pullin' in $150K a year to show up for a mission brief and ride to the IP station and train police. Some of the IPA's we...
Several members have deleted the rear cats and say they love the extra hp higher in the rev range. I plan on doing it once I find an exhaust shop that isn't out of control on their prices.

If you are looking for a good deal on decent shocks get the Pro-Comp ES9000. I got the stock size and only paid $150 shipped, they made a big difference on my rig and the stockers were still in decent shape so it wasn't floating around like Uncle Buck's car.
Here are some pics from underneath.
Custom made lower trailing arms, that are so much beefier than the stock parts.
I made a custom track bar but there wasn't enough bend in it to clear the diff so I just refurbished the stocker and put in some poly bushings.
Same post from the other side, but I can't post pics over there now.
I have replaced nearly every piece of my suspension. The only parts left are the springs, lower front a-arms, and track bar that I wire brushed and coated with bed liner. I finished up today with the front upper...
