    Squealing brakes

    I took it in and they ended up upgrading the pads to a thermaquiet brake. Immediately a better brake and the squealing was gone. It might be due to the much bigger tires I have on it for rolling weight maybe? Fixed!

    Looks like I sure did. I did not end up having them done, so I would not know the cost. The original issue was brake squealing and was trying to get prepared for a rotor/brake pad job. I am only looking for an idea on front (pair) replacement, medium quality, rotors.

    Not sure about size, but I am thinking about the GoodYear Dura Trac's and the Firestone Destination AT's. The GoodYear's look great. Aggressive on the sides, but I fear they are made out of butter and would not last long.

    What a weird thing. When I opened up the sunroof, there were no obstructions at all in there, yet I did the task. Good news. It has rained twice here in the last week and I have not had any pooling. Great advice all.
