My 17 has the aux, and usb, no 12 volt in center console. It's a regular sync not sync 2 or 3. Rear has a 12 volt and single usb.

I don't doubt these amouts reported, but it's hard to believe these 3.5's have this much blow by! Even on jlt's Web site they say, if drain at oil changes it should never get full. At 1 oz. per 1k miles. You'd have to empty it atleast 2 times before the oil change.
I've only put around 1k miles...
When I've done work on the past, the local auto parts stores can look up torque specs. If not try and find a service manual. And yeah 350 ft lbs sounds extreme! You'd have to have a good size breaker bar, that's for sure.

I'm ready to give this a try, since I do have the plain English option. What get's me about the video link from Nick the car guy, he also has a video showing how to install the hardwired kit, on what looks like the same Ford Fusion?
But he may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, check out...
Fiqure out your torque specs 1st. You wouldn't want to buy a 200 ft lbs wrench, if your specs were like 225 lbs! And I'd buy buy a used snap-on, just make sure it's been calibrated recently. If not rent one at auto parts store, and compare them. I was able to get a 250 lb snap-on used for $75.00...
My guess, it would just be as if you didn't have the can installed. Once full the blow by would do exactly that, blow by the can and back into the throttle body.

Personally I don't keep fuel in the vehicle, but do haul it from time to time. In fact I just fueled up tonight, and also filled up a 5 gal. safety can. It's heavy enough to stay put, as long as nothing goes wrong. Which in the case you had to apply heavy breaks, away to secure the can from...
It does look like a pain, trying to reach in there and unscrew it. And I think you were supposed to put the right hand hose, behind the heater hose. That way it's out of the way, when unscrewing the can to empty.

Just look at the cargo room behind 3rd row. If you have plenty it's the EL, if you can easily reach the 3rd row from the rear it's not a EL. It's like looking at a Tahoe vs. Suburban, not that hard to see the difference between a EL and regular xlt.

Popcorn is all gone.
So back on topic, those of you with tunes, do you have issues connecting to Forscan? I tried using the software on my Mustang, and it wouldn't connect. I forget the exact error message, asking for pcm # or something.

I'm confused, if you we're able to follow the video showing how to enable remote start using FORScan, what was the issue with programing the keys your self? Also did your dealer cut the new keys as well, if so what was the total charge for programing and or cutting?
The OP in message #5 says his did not work? It's been getting in the low 30's here, with a few frost alrdy. I haven't looked yet in the bcm to see if I have the remote start option. When I get time I will. If the option is there, then I'll try to find some remote keys @eBay. If it don't work...
Wondering if you've had the time to check the plain English, and verify there is a option to enable the remote start? If so that tells me the module must all ready be in the vehicles.
I would much rather do this method than buy a kit for $150.

Thanks for the explanation, and all the work you and others have done to make this easy for people like me!

I tried the turn signal lane change amount of flashes. Originally truck flashed 3 X's. I'm not sure the way the spread sheet reads to adjust this it shows what digit to change, but for say 7 flashes it shows E-F? So I tried just replacing the ? mark with a F. Well this did the lane change to 7...
