    I’d recommend looking throughout CA and PNW frequently; you’ll eventually find one. You really just have to keep looking at any forum and posting site you can. I looked for somewhere around 3 years before I found mine.

    If you are on iPhone, change Waze location to Always. Happened to me in my MachE and this was the solution.

    Big reason I would now consider the nonMAX is because same weight rating w/ less vehicle means larger tow capacity. Things like the Yakima EXO system and other rack/box options increase the appeal too.

    I have the same desire for the 3/4 ton SUV… Still family hauling in my 2002 excursion 7.3, but ready to upgrade technology side since kids are starting to actually clean up after themselves.

    Two chime noise

    Happened in my MachE frequently. Turned out to be multiple notifications from the in-car nav. Turned them (almost) all off and didn’t happen for months, then suddenly happened once. Apparently a rail crossing alert from the nav which i turned off. Now hasn’t happened in at least a year.
