    It should be 5.0 base for the regular sized expy with eco or 6.2 optional and for the el 6.2 only since it wont really make a difference in the mileage between the 5.4 and 6.2

    Well the bushings that probably need to be replaced are your sway bar bushings, the links like to snap in half so if your front sway bar isnt attached to your lower control arms then you need endlinks and bushings

    The only problem with a locker is that for him hes in canada and lockers arent as good as a good limited slip in the snow, Kwt if you do hardcore offroading as in rocks and stuff more then just snow and mudding get the detroit, but it you mainly drive pavement and snow then limited slip.     Yeah its selectable its a full time limited slip and a locker when you want, no air just magnetic feild locks it But you cant get it if you dont have the 8.8, just found out! get a trutrac!

    Look into auburn gear, I like their ected locker, limited slip full time and a locker when you want it!!! But Idk if they have it for our axle:( But the true trac sounds good!

    Heres what you have to do, get a standard suspension lift kit for it, I believe everything in the rear bolts up but the front end you will have to get shocks either 4 inches longer then thr 6 inch lift shocks or you have to custom mount the top shock mount 4 inches lower so the shocks work!

    Man you guys must be putting out alot of power to the lights, I go about 45 minutes and start it up for 3. If you have to leave it running then it would cost you alot more in gas then a lantern would

    every hour or so start it up for a little and you should be good, I use the radio for camping, maybe dual batteries?

    If you have a4wd then yes you have to replace all tires at one time, dont mix and match, it binds up the drivetrain, but I think it could just be the alignment! also with that kind of mileage definetly shocks, swaybar bushings, maybe ball joints, tierods, brakes? whatever you feel needs a change...
