    Get a 99 5.4 theyre the first year of Preformance improved heads and they also have a forged crank and they might even have forged pistons, also while you have the engine out you might as well fix the spark plug problems!

    overdrive on you have 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and overdrive, o/d off, you only get 1-2-3 so yea turn it on lol

    I use 5w20 for camshaft clearance, the 3v's should use 5w30 to keep the oil pressure up so cam phasers dont make a ton of noise, and no fram sucks, microguard, wix, k&n, al that stuff is fine I just wont use fram ever now

    I just want to know, it isnt natural for my e4od to instantly drop to neutral when I let off the gas is it? what goes out in the trans that causes it to do this? any help is welcome!

    how about monroe reflexes they are the same as rancho rsx shocks, rs5000s are great too
