May want to change your spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter for starters and if that doesnt help get an injector flush.
I average about 14.4 -15.2 in town and on the highway it gets up to 17-19
Zaino is some really good stuff. I use it on my T/A and i love it. There is also a new Zaino product coming out soon that all you have to do is apply it and then walk away as it dries itself. This will cut time tremendously on having to dry/wipe off the wax hopefully it will work with good...
Thats what i was thinking when Walmart changed the oil. I looked at the work order but it doesnt state what grade of oil they put in....
Anyways i will change the oil myself over the weekend and just keep an eye on things to see if the ticking noise goes away or starts getting louder..
Yea, your right about the lifter i guess i was thinking about my LS1 trans am when i was typing this...As far as deicing roads i live in florida so they dont use anything like that but it has been hella cold. Only other thing i can think of when Walmart changed the oil maybe they used a...
Im pretty sure i know what is causing it but i just want some opinions but first a little background.
I have always done oil changes myself but last week i just didnt feel like it since i was sick so i took it to Walmart and them do it. I told them to change it with Mobil-1 synthetic since...
Pretty nice ride man. I like how the lower part of the front bumper (valance) is painted the same color as the truck, it really makes it stand out. I also like the lambo door kit. Did you buy the door kit or did it come with it when you got the truck?

Did you check out the truck before you bought it? Keep in mind that its a used vehicle and stuff may be messed up cause you have no way of knowing what the previous owner did.
I agree with JUST4FUN, always start with the little things cause most of the time they will save you the time and money of playingf the guessing game. Start with the thermo ($5.00 part or more) and see if that helps.. if it doesnt then you can move on to something else and all you spent was 5.00.
Correct. That noise you hear is the compressor adjusting your suspension for the current road conditions and sometimes it will continue for maybe the first 5 minutes of driving. What i would be concerned about is if you DONT hear this noise then your compressor or realy went out.
But this is...

Good thing you made this thread. I just went on a trip to disney world over the weekend (6 hour drive) and my average MPG was 19.2 according to the overhead digital display. I reached this average by not getting on the pedal heavy and keeping the acceleration below 2,000 RPM. I had the cruise...
