    if the rear is cooling than the freon level is fine...... do not add freon!!!!!! It is probably the temperature door under the dash. Does yours have the manual knobs or electronic? Matt R

    EGR problems!

    Check out the EGR flow sensor. Two small hoses, clean the 2 tubes with compressed air. If they flow and it still throws a code replace the sensor. It should be under the beauty cover with the 2 tubes attached to the main EGR tube coming from the exhaust manifold to the EGR valve..... Matt

    With the stock torque converter stay with the crower baja beast or the smallest crane cams so you don't loose any torque. The PI swap will also bump the compression up a full point so you might think about having the combusion chambers opened up a bit so you won't be sitting above 10:1...

    You can also get a set of patriot performance PI heads that have been ported. Just request the stage 1 heads with the swirl damn left in the combustion chamber so you won't lose any low speed torque. You will also need to find a PI intake as stated earlier. I have been contemplating this...

    The trans tuning is what makes the tune on the 03. You will think it is a completely different truck. No more having to floor it to make it downshift and go...... Firefighter's tune is for 87 octane too.... i can also do tunes for premium fuel that usually get even better mileage that the one...

    you are seeing normal oil in the intake from the PCV system blowing oil into the intake system. They have proven that only an extremely over-oiled K&N will leak a little bit of oil on the intake. Matt R
