I'm pretty sure you could simply remove the bolt that holds the rear shackle to the strut and get the axle out of the pumpkin.
No c clips on this setup.

No problems.... Here is my suspicion... if you were an engineer with the big 3 and you knew that we are already using 10 percent ethanol and probably going more in the future (like 20-25%) wouldn't you design the fuel system to handle higher concentrations just to be safe? All of the fuel...
not sure about interfacing the steering wheel controls..... alpine made that head unit i believe... give them a buzz and see if they have an interface to the factory controls to one of their aftermarket head units.....

I can't give away all my secrets but here goes in a nutshell.
The stock 02's handle the change in fuel, i simply allow a greater range of adjustment so it won't throw a check engine light.
The computer will automatically add pulsewidth no external boxes.
Timing is set-up the same as a...
I can do a tune for your truck that allows you to run the stuff...... it will automatically adjust for the stuff via the o2 sensors. Let me know...

yes the evap canistor is back there somewhere. If the solonoid under the hood fails it will pull a really hard vacuum on the fuel tank. Also when it is happening stop and see if the gas cap is the source of the noise... sometimes the cap has a small leak so it will make noise from the vacuum...
Inbox cleaned out..... sorry
The 87 octane tune makes 10-15 more HP but much more torque because of revised torque management parameters. The High Octane tune will get another 1-2 MPG better than the regular tune so it may pay for itself and get another 10 HP over the regular tune.

I think the code was probably for 1 and 2 banks running lean. Make sure you don't have any air leaks between the mass air meter (in the air filter housing) and the throttle body. There can also be cracked hoses in that area causing this.....

The drivetrain and frame really aren't set up for the full sized powerstroke. Ford does have a 6 cylinder powerstroke, they put in in some vehicles. I have a feeling it will be offered in the expedition in the next few years....

It's hard to part with a heavily modified vehicle, just make sure you find a good home for Her....
Tell me about It...... I wish they would have put the 6 cylinder powerstroke in the Expedition..... Look me up when you want to mod the diesel. I do that stuff too, actually more so than the...
I run just enough to make the tread run flat without wearing out the sides (pressure too low) or the center (pressure too high) out different than the rest of the tread. My wheel and tire combo ending up liking 40 in the front and 35 in the rear......

unless you had a dead miss for a long time then you didn't do any harm.
If you carry a dead miss for a long time you run the risk of damaging the calaylitic converter on that bank because of raw fuel overheating it as well as cylinder wash in the dead cylinder.
If it was an intermittant...
Not if the truck is running.......
It maintains fuel pressure at all times with the engine running.
If the computer can't add enough idle speed via the IAC it will resort to adding timing to increase the idle speed which will give the engine the shakes. I have even resorted to changing...
As long as it goes through the factory heat exchanger in the side tank of the radiator (internal) first then to the AUX cooler you will be just fine..... Fluid does run through the trans cooler at all times.
