    If I remember correctly, there is a conversion kit you can buy, I wanna say it was 175-300 dollars, sorry for the lack of memory, to fully convert your airide to a standard suspension. I haven't had any issues with my air ride, yet, but you know how it goes, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail".

    We don't have e-check anymore, since most emissions are controlled by the ECM now. As far as I know I won't run into any trouble. I did figure the computer would read something was wrong, but still, those annoying things are boggin up 10-20 horse, easily.

    I've been thru 2 alternators and one battery. I agree, have your local auto parts store check your system, that's the easiest way to figure it out, I wouldn't skimp on a battery or an alternator. Forget the re-manufactured alternator, buy a new one. And get the battery with the longest warranty...

    I had a local shop tinit my front driver and passenger side windows, and the black strip across the windshield about 5 years ago. It ran me 99 dollars and the tintis guaranteed for life from all defects. The tint goes well with weather tech's low profile tinted rain guards. 2000 Eddie Bauer
