    rear passenger clicking noise???

    Before I start ripping it apart I'm assuming that it's the rear blend actuator correct? It clicks right by the rear gate on passenger side and when I mess with the heat/ac it goes away or comes and goes as I mess with it? If there's something else it could be let me know!! Thanks

    How does the 40 sound on these?? I was thing of going with a borla or magnaflow just to try something different. I don't mind it being loud either.

    Ok thanks. I saw the gotts mod and have been looking at it. As for exhaust I'm thinking of going with a catback just not sure the setup I want yet . First Ford I've owned so looking for what others have done.

    My beater with a heater took a dump so now I'm forced into daily driving my 2003 5.4 4x4 expedition.e I'm just looking to get a few more mpgs because I have a 50miles round trip and 14.5 mpgs is killing me. Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!!
