How to Lift a 2007-2014 Ford Expedition or Navigator Rear Air Suspension
My strut studs were long enough to get a piece of 3/8" UHMW plastic between and still get good threads. Cut two circles and drilled 3 holes. I might figure out how to machine up some stud extensions so the struts don't need to be turned 120 degrees, I don't think the air hookups would work.- Miekk

Adjust these according to the directions as a place to start, take out OEM, and snap these into place. If you want more or less, adjust accordingly. I have them set to 2" for about 3 years and 20K using them.- Miekk

I haven't done any research on the front with air. Mines an 08 so I do not have front air struts. I can make the links to whatever lengths necessary. I have no idea what changes in the link length equate to what changes in height nor what effect any of this has on the air strut and it's...- Miekk

Ordered left and right chrome caps. Doorman # 959-0018 and 19. Took the glass out again and unsnapped the cap clips with a flat screwdriver. They break easy. Why can't my Expy stop like a Chevy?? Booster issue?
Ford says that if you quickly reset the pedal on any of their vehicles, the pedal will reset about an 1" higher and will be more solid and responsive. I've researched a lot of forums and everybody that has soft brake issues, and has replaced nearly everything, finally ends up shimming or adjusting the booster rod out so it sets up much faster.
