Fog light switch is the headlight switch. Pull out for fog lights. As for the plug you're referring to possibly where the 4wd selector switch would be.
Depending on where you go chains are required by law to go past certain points, some you don't need chains if you have a 4wd vehicle with snow tires. So it's not that uncommon.
I didn't know anything before I booster my 05 silverado. Just gotta research and get the parts and have the time and downtime to do this stuff. I went from knowing basics to re doing my rear end / front end gears / transmission / turbo / exahaust. But like they said all the parts add up.
No it's stock. The ground was wet yesterday. Dried them off and still did it in the garage and on my test drive. Drove it to work the next day was doing it but didn't do it on the way home.
They are going off like a morse code message with no object in front of them. Don't wanna turn them off wife and baby drive it she uses them. It's under warranty just wanted to see of anyone else has experienced issues.
Gotta pay to play. You could cap the holes. They sell different size caps for holes like from removing front license plates and other thing. Get a plug paint to match and there ya go
Ya when I got mine they had a new' 12 they wanted to move for 10k cheeper but it didn't have captain seats or power step bars. The color was almost not my taste burgundy with gold trim.
