This is the normal operation of a warranty program. When it costs more to fix it under a warranty than it does to change the design is when it gets fixed.
About the CBA...you (not you personally...speaking of people at large) don't get the short end until the warranty expires. If you question...
If you have a scan tool that clears codes and turns of the MIL. Disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes or so will also reset the codes (along with your throttle maps, custom shift points, etc....).
Or, you can wait and after a number of system checks it should clear itself.
You'd think by now that Ford would have learned that their navigation system mapping process is unsatisfactory and shifted to some other form of mapping system.
The fuel filter in a 2015 is integrated with the fuel pump. There is no maintenance associated with it. Its a 'lifetime' component. Nobody believes it, but thats what Ford says.
My first experience with RSC was in an Explorer. I entered a 'round-a-bout' with a slight right turn, then switched to a left turn to execute the circle, and immediately turned right to get out of the circle. The RSC didn't like that, and basically took over.

Sounds like your brake booster is failing, although the cause is unimportant for now. What is important is that your car is not safe to drive. I agree with 99WhiteC5Coupe. Have it towed to a shop.
A month ago I bought a '16 Explorer Platinum. It came with only one Intelligent key. The dealer offered to program another for $450. I declined and in the same breath said "cuz I can do it myself for nearly nothing with FORSCAN"
They gave me a second, programmed key for free.
