    I did pull bulb sockets from light rear housing. With lights on and rapid flashing I pulled sockets, even Rapid flash is right hand turn signal. Normal speed for left.

    So, I did send vehicle to a transmission shop. They say a clogged fuel filter. Not sure how the filter caused the slow engage from Park to Drive, but that is what they said "fixed it". Will have to pick it up tomorrow and check to see if it really is "fixed".
