You can find stock rears at a junk yard that are non-nivomat. I got mine for about $100, swapped the shocks in and put them on. It was more money than I planned on spending, but don't regret it.
Not a lot of options out their for a spring/shock based lift; Icon or Bilstien pretty much. I went with Bilstien front and rear and it only gives you an inch and running 275/60/20. You could go 275/65/20 with them though. Icon can go a little higher with UCAs. You could go with pucks though I...
I tow 7500 pounds. Use a good weight distribution hitch, anti-sway and upgrade your shocks. I put Bilstien 5100’s on and it helped the rear end feel a lot when towing. Or follow the instructions above. LOL

I’m running Bilstien 5100 because I wanted to lift it an inch, but you can get the same ride with 4600’s. They firm it up nicely and get rid of that float. I experienced the same thing in our 2015.

I have an appointment with Costco to get them installed. We’ll see if they have a problem. It’s not like I’m putting 35’s on, so we’ll see.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and orders some KO2s in 275/60-20 from Costco. They were $350 cheaper than Discount Tire.

Yeah, I had hoped that they were mislabeled, but the slots ran the same direction on both rotors. They sent me the correct rotor and I’m good to go.

Your rear coils work with any of the 3rd gen Expys. I actually picked up some ‘09 rears to swap with Bilstiens, which I put in my 2015. Swapped perfectly. I had Nivomats before and wanted to get away from those, which is why I had to find donor stock rears. The fronts are what changed.

It doesn’t help that they sent me two right front disks. They don’t open until Monday, so I won’t be finishing this weekend. I had to put the original front left disk back on.

Upgrading the 2015 Limited to extreme tow brakes. We’ll see if they live up to the hype. The stock brakes didn’t care for the heavy trailer and started wobbling a bit when hot.

Is it possible that the cabin filter is plugged up? Seems like a long shot, but why else would it work before putting it inline with the intake and output?

I’ve recently noticed my wife’s 2015 Limited losing the backup camera intermittently. When it happens, the screen goes black and there is no video. Otherwise, the picture is perfect. I’m guessing a loose connection, but is there a common place to start looking?

My guess would be yes. I have had both and doing any front suspension/IWE work was exactly the same. I know the steering components look identical too.

There should be no reason to suspect the differential is making noise while driving due to the fact that the hubs should be disengaged, thereby not touching the diff. I would start by seeing if the sound goes away in 4WD. You could also test it by disconnecting the vacuum line at the solenoid...
