    2011 bought used about 10 months ago. Spark plugs were changed just before. Had the cylinder 8 misfire on. We have changed coil pack and fuel injector. Check engine light went off after each new part. What should i look at now?

    Adding led light to the interior door to help wife see the ground due to a stroke. Should i run the negitive wire all the way back to ground bolt near the fuse box or just find a screw in the door and ground it that way?

    Thanks. Figured out the map lights & visor lights are on 2 circuits. 1 fuse for when doors open, another fuse when you push the light on. That was the problem, blown fuse. Lights working now, but have a very faint glow.

    Just replaced the map lights with led lights in my 11 expedition. Now they wont come on when pushed, but will come on with the knob on the dash and then i can push it on or off. Any thoughts/help. TYIA

    Thanks. Seats are comfortable LOL, also OR markings anywhere or wood grain paneling. I did read the el has a bigger fuel tank, guess I will look at how many gallons it takes

    The lights would be on the inside door panel,so turning the dome light on wouldn't matter.

    I want add a led light to the bottom of the front pass door to light up running board when the door is open. My wife had a stroke and its hard for her to see foot position. Could I tap into the puddle lights? Is possible what wires should I look for. I have a 2011 xlt. But title says xlt/king ranch
