    Battery terminals are good Ground is good and the fuse box was replaced along with the GEM. I have a hard time believing that even thoe it is a used GEM from a wreck expy that it two has the same problem. Its also a 99, I forgot to add that. I also did not see any signs of water on the old one...

    Im supercharged so I get to gap mine at .35 so my spark doesn't blow out. I get og MPG. I got 13.9 (if I remember correctly) Pulling 4 quads 4 people and trailer for 6 hrs I got better gas milage then the 03 SS silverado pulling the same with two people

    NGK's tr6 for me! And the only other plug I'd use is motcraft. I've work on a lot of expy's with popped plugs and it seems like they all had non motor craft plugs in common. Could be coincidence thoe.....

    My meth was just coming on a WOT but I thought my motor would like it if it came on later. I also only use water. I also run a 170 thermostat to try to keep everything cool. I have that droid app to the OBD2 it tells me my truck stays around 170-180deg

    Yes on the coils. I believe everyone likes the obitals. and i think they are cheaper then 100 now. as for plug, Motorcraft or NGK. And as for replacing, I would replace the PCV elbow and EGR pressure sensor. Dont forget to clean the EGR ports while your at it.
