    97 - 98 Expys have 2WD 4HI 4LOW and allwheel drive. My tires were bad anyways so I just made them a little worse. The rear of my truck is constantly trying to pass me for some reason and I cant figure out why.

    I do like that! Yours must be 2WD? I dont think anyone would beable to tell if I only lowered mine 3". I was thinking of lowering the back of mine to level it out like your but I am afraid the tires will rub when I tow my trailer.....

    Best car I ever owned! I have had mine for 11 years and supercharged for 10. It has never let me down. I did rebuild the tranny in it a few weeks ago but even tyhen it didnt let me down. The OD light was flashing and it annoyed me. I think the only way id drive something else is if i total this...

    I have been running E fans for 8 years now on mine. I bought two fans off ebay for 30$ per and bought a thermostat controller from napa for 8$ and wired it all in. Took me about and hour and have never had a problem

    My lowered 4x4. 2x4 lowering springs in the rear and I cut 1" off my torchen bar stops lowering the front 7-8"

    Im thinking its the weight of the dirt on your motor is effecting you MPG:) Try dis-connecting your battery for a few minutes. Your computer may not recognize the changes you made. A couple of other things id look at is you fuel filter and plugs. One more thing to try is change out your DPFE...

    I used the average little wedge bulb that seems to be in everything. Make sure you don't get the ones on eBay that look like big clear LED wedges. They don't distribute the light very well.

    I did mine super white and mine turned out blue. I did have to solder 1K resistors to little super white LED's and make them work in place of the two little bulbs. It looked funny with out them.

    I like it! I also have made headlights and corners for my SHO and thought about doing it for my expy. The chrome looks good with you grill and bumper. I think angel eyes would of looked goog on your lights too. I know you can buy all different sizes of angel eyes on eBay for cheap.

    Trans downshift?

    Weird question. At what speeds do your 97-02 expys downshift? I recently rebuilt my trany and now it will downshift from 2nd to 1st at 30MPH and 3rd to 2nd at 60ish MPH. It use to be 2-1 at 35MPR and 3-2 at 70MPH.
