    I'll do that tomorrow. Didn't I read somewhere in the manual that you can also program the settings such that it can activate the memory function based on the fob used to unlock the doors. I'll re-read that whole section later as well.

    I had expected them to work like the ones on a '04 Jaguar. Not only do they fold in when the car is locked but they dip down so you can see the rear wheels and pavement when you shift into reverse. I guess the rear view on the Nav system (which I don't have) is the substitute.

    Are the panels just lifted up or are there tabs that need to be released? Is there a "hidden" screw? Need access to see why the windows are sooooo slow in both directions, especially on cold days.

    On an '08 can someone tell me if the headlight switch and the 4x4 selector switch knobs are supposed to be illuminated so you can see where they are pointing at night. In daylight it's not an issue as the white line is visible. If they are illuminated how do you access the bulb to replace it?
