Nice NC, it looks very good. There is nothing wrong with the pics. Now you need to get some 305/65/r18 tires. (33.6x12x18) it will be exactly 1inch taller than your 285s and almost 1in. wider. I know it doesnt sound like much. But looks speak louder than words
Yea as long as they are not too short you should have no problems. I just took off my new skyjacker shocks and gave them to a buddy that has a k1500 pick up. The shocks were the correct part number for him. Then i got some pro comp es9000 that fully extended measure 32.5in. I dont what the...
Have any of you seen this expy or do any of you know this guy. If so lets get him on this site. This expy is beautiful.

IMO.. i would let the shop put your spacers in for you. And you should get the new shocks cause that is a good deal on skyjacker shocks, i just bought 2 skyjacker nitro 8000 from 4wheelparts for $82, but put them in your self and do the TT yourself. You only need a jack, 2 jackstands a...
Since you have 17in. rims i would go with 305/70/r17 (34x12x17). It will fill the wheel wells perfectly with 2in. spacers and cranked torsion bars. And you should have minimal rubbing if not none.
yea its the compressor it went bad last september and i had a bypass pulley put on cause i wasnt gonna need the a/c over the winter. now im ready to fix it and i need a new compressor, a new dryer, lines flushed and filled with free-on and and some kind of orifice tube thing in the rear has to...
Well hopefully you will be done with repairs for a while. I just spent $3100 in the past month on repairs(new gears and transmission seals and transfer case reapair) and i just found out yesterday that it is gonna cost $1200 to fix my air conditioning.
Congrats dude, glad your back. I know how you feel with the money tree. My expy just chopped mine down and dug up the roots. Ive spent over 3 grand on mine in the past month, not including gas, shocks, and spacers. Sorry cant help with the lower billet grill.
I think you mean terra grapplers by nitto, and it depends on how wide the tire is. 295/70r17(11.5" wide) would not stick out but the 33x12.5x17 might stick out. And yes if you get a 3" body lift after you get 33s they will look very small.
My bad i didnt read the question before i answered the poll. You can double up wheels spacers but keep in mind the more you do the the less stud there is to tighten the lugs to. I personally wouldnt do it. I would recomend getting like 1" wheel adapters that come with their own studs. That is...
Clardy, make sure you post pics asap or as soon as you can.
Also is it true yall killed bin laden. Is that why you are getting to come home or is it a well timed coincedence. Did you kill him? lol
Clardy,
yea sorry i havent updated this. I have run through a few tanks now and do have some mpg numbers. 9.5 city and 11.1 highway. Not quite what i was hoping for but it is better than what i was getting before. I have the predecessor to the flashpaq. I have the micro tuner and i am starting...
That is one big long list. The only thing i would change would be the rims. Im a fan of XD rims just not rockstars. Cant wait to see how it comes out. Here is what 6" fabtech and 3" body looks like with 38s.
Lane, the taurus SHO only has 365hp but that is still alot.
Yoop, i wouls suggest going with the 2011 mustang v6. you get 305hp and 31mpg hwy. but it probably averages 26-28mpg for realistic driving. As long as you dont plan on any one sitting behind you you should fit no problem
Yep its just one thing after another. Selling it is out of the question(couldnt get anything for it anyways) the big big problem is getting something to drive while it is broke.
Yea me too. Im just hoping it will be under $500 bucks. If not and it ends up being a new transmission then i can just forget it. It will just have to sit for another 6months.
Yea here in AL 38% is the limit for cars and front windows for trucks. I did 15% on my front windows and 15% over factory in the rear. You can see my silouhette in through the front windows and you cant see anything through my rear windows. Here is a pic..
Yea they said the tranny had to come out. That is why they didnt do it cause they didnt have the tools to drop it. I was afraid it was gonna be pushing big numbers.
It might piss alot of people off if i go out of state, but i live in alabama and at least 3 out of every 5 trucks have crazy loud exaust. Here at auburn my truck is considered quiet and at least 20% of trucks here are way louder than me. But i also have i loud sound system for when my exhaust...
Well here's the story.
Friday i came home from school and noticed that there was some oil on my rear bumper and lift gate. So i looked under the truck and found that the entire underside was soaked with oil. Before i left, there wasnt any oil under there anywhere. I know bbecause i checked(i...
I wouldnt choose any of those options for a new exhaust. I like the retarded loud exhasut. But when i first did my exhaust i started with true dual 40 series and it just wasnt loud enough for me, so i cut the mufflers out and put in straight pipes. The only time it is too loud is when the engine...
My dad has Husky liners in his excursion and im not a big fan of them. They dont stay flush on the side where it turns up towards the center console. I vote Weather tech, that is what im going to get in mine when i get the extra money. Right now i have universal ones in mine and i just cut and...
Dont shy away from the big tires that you want. 33's will fit stock. Thats what my parents had on mine before they gave it to me. Just crank your torsion bars, get 2in. rear coil sspacers and do a body lift and it will fit 35's with ease. For tires i recommend ProComp Xtreme all terrain.
