Before buying new O2's, which can be expensive, I would first address the cat issue. You stated that the cat or cats on the D/S are rattleing. The issue is the clay inside is probably cracked up and falling apart inside. The smell of rotten eggs is from faulty or clogged cats. I have on many...
Did you check to see if you blew a spark plug out. It sounds to me that you did. Pull all your plug boots one at a time, one of them is probably blown out.
Well I received my new headlights today and installed them. I think they look pretty damn good and way better than the originals. Here are some updated pics.
The front spacers need nothing to install as they only slip in between the top and extends the mounting surface. There is nothing odd about the front spacers. They will do just fine, and will install much easier than the rear will.
You are missing the whole point I made by giving you the whole directions to read. You are not to drive with the SeaFoam in the engine. You are only to run the engine in driveway for up to 30 minutes. Not around town under load and demand. You will surely throw a rod bearing or other horrible...
I got my lift off E-Bay also. And it seems to be of good quality also.
But I just want to say this about a Lifetime warranty. A Lifetime warranty to most on E-Bay are bogus. Most all parts do come with a short term or limited lifetime warranty from manufacturer. And that is what they are...
If you are using it to clean the crankcase and internals, you are suppose to put the SeaFoam in the oil and run it for a short period and then do a oil change. If you are still running the SeaFoam in it now after the oil change, then you need to do a oil change now before you do any more harm...
Well as you stated your neglect has been the root of all these issues. But the answer you are looking for can only come from you, and you alone. Your finances and will to do the work will dictate that. So, it all comes down to what you want to do with it.
By Edge website and SummitRacing.com, the first year for the Expedition or F150 is 1999 for the Edge EVO/HT. Nothing for the 97-98 models.
Now Edge makes this for the 97-98...
Well I replaced the D/S front axle shaft once again. Lets see how long this one lasts.
I got to thinking, and the first time I busted the CV boot and this time I was coming home from visiting my Dads up in Pinellas County, about 130 miles north of my house. And I was running between 80-90 mph...
The rims are great as they are 16x10, it is not the size that was the issue, it was the offset that was causing the rim to sit on the caliper. But I get alot of comments on the black rims instead of chrome or alloy. I personally hate chrome, pretty soon there will be no chrome on the vehicle.
Why would you sell to buy another? The sale of one to get another makes no sense to me. Unless yours is on the outs and ready for the backyard or junkyard, if not then why. The time and money you put into the one you got will only have to be done to the next one as these vehicles are used, most...
I rather have the indexed keys as it requires less torqueing down of the bolts and less bolt threads at top of the crossmember to be exposed to the elements and a possibility of a bolt snapping when needed to remove or lower.
All this about why or why not is only ones wanting to do so or not...
Well it is only a 1.5 inch gain over stock. So I say the shafts are at about 35* angle. I bought the lift as a kit, the Torsion keys with the rear blocks. And I rather have the indexed keys as it requires less torqueing down of the bolts and less bolt threads at top of the crossmember to be...
The recessed aftermarket keys allow you to use very little bolt to achieve the lift, vs twisting down your stockers till the bolt is almost if not completely tightened up to gain the lift. So yes, there is benefits to buying the new keys, less bind and torque on the bolts equals better life and...
Man, I just went thru another driverside axle upper boot. The second one in little over a month. The new axle shaft will be in tomorrow for pick up. Luckily, the shaft I bought comes with a lifetime warranty. SO no questions asked.
I know that the Torsion Twist is doing this, creating the...
Dry filters are that of the same as K&N except you do not have to oil it as you do a K&N. The link I supplied you has the dry filter assy as a kit. If you use that same link, you can find a replacement filter or filters that you are looking for.
I would go with a dry filter setup as I did for less money than what you are looking at. A wet filter like K&N will cake the throttle body MAF sensor and intake with red oil. That is no good. Stay with a dry filter.

The kit is complete and great...
No it would not be able to do that, as the mother board is programmed to that key registration. Taking the board out and reinstalling a new one will still not allow you to restart the vehicle. The PATS system would disable the vehicle from starting.
I beleive that you can still swap out the face of the cluster with another as long as you reattach the OEM mother boards to the swapped cluster front panel. The mother board detaches from the front panel once you take the white plastic shroud off and you unplug the mother board. Then reattach...
