I agree, nothing like that was made for the Expys in those years with any kind of GPS mode or USB input on it.
With those options I would guess it's no more than a few years old. I think the only option is to pull it and look for a manufacturer on the case.
I have Michelin 275/70-16's on my 2000 2WD no problems with rub or clearance.
I have never looked at my clearances in full lock position but I would think the 285's would work.
Why not wait until she gets the new one and then you're free to do whatever lift height you want.
I wanted to pull my running boards and mama said no. If mama ain't happy, no one's happy. What's 1 more winter on the 97 the way it is?
It doesn't appear that they sell them, when you go to that link, they have no cats listed for sale. Link: http://www.discountconverter.com/dynomax_catalytic_converters/all_dynomax.cfm
I've had in channel visors on my 1st gen for 5 years with zero problems. I trimmed about 6" off the lower section because it was blocking my view of the mirror on the pass side.
What do you anticipate your gain in switching cats from the stock one to a "hi-flow"?
IMO the only gain I see is in the exhaust guy's pocket.
Did you read the article posted above and what were your thoughts?
Not trying to trash your idea just questioning the value.
IMO a low HP motor doesn't really benefit from changing to a hi-flow cat and the possibility of it throwing codes and creating a drone would be a big question.
Here's an article from a Converter supplier that explains the "myth" about hi-flow cats...
With all the edges, crevices and geared rim, those wheels look like they would be a b1tch to clean and keep clean.
IMO the Expy is all rounded and needs a rounded type wheel to finish it off.
Keeping with your black and silver theme and ease of cleaning, how about something like these from...
It's likely the heater core as JUST4FUN mentioned.
If you don't watch it closely it will fill up your #4 plug hole and kill a COP. Don't ask how I know this.
I'm with Big Red Monster on this one.
If you don't like the chrome, get the Limited painted bumper in black.
Here's a black one with an SVT bumper:
Here's a limited editon bumper in black:
And I found this for you to add to your collection, 1/24 scale model...
There are 2 definitions:
1) Torque when referring to the installation of bolts, plugs, etc is the amount of force applied and measured either in foot pounds or inch pounds. You need a calibrated torque wrench for this, google is your friend.
2) Torque when going to the bathroom with a hardon is...
I'm not sure if the smog place scans for ready codes or not, why not call your smog guy and see what he says?
The readiness codes need to go through a few heat and cool cycles and I would think it should be OK soon.
Those will use 2 bulbs, one low beam HID for the projector and one Halogen high beam in the reflector base.
Word of warning, 55w HIDs run really hot an may melt the projector housing,
I'd stick with 35w, they are 3 times brighter than what you have now.
IMO 700a is way too light, I would think a 1500w inverter would be minimum for any appliances like coffee maker etc.
An appliance that draws 10 amps at 120v will draw 100amps at 12v so you will also need batteries and good 4ga cables, for this I would suggest a couple of 6v golf cart batteries.
I'm really old and my night vision is not what it used to be. I had 6000K lights and on the river/delta roads I travel, the fog and rain created a real problem. The light is too blue and is absorbed by the wet surfaces, when I changed to the 4300K bulbs it made a world of difference.
The 3000K...
