This is a slow slow leak. Leaking coolant. It is to the bottom left of the battery. A lil over the exhuast manifold, and left of shock.

When i squeeze the foam around this, coolant comes out from the foam...

This was after i unscrewed the inner wheel well and pushed it out of the way..

Any ideas? Thanks.

It's likely the heater core as JUST4FUN mentioned.
If you don't watch it closely it will fill up your #4 plug hole and kill a COP. Don't ask how I know this.

yeah dont ask how i know this either. mine wasnt the core, just the heater hose sprung a leak. ford patched the hose and new cop and i was good to go.

I know this is an old post, but I don't see the connection. How can a leaking HEATER CORE (which is located INSIDE the vehicle) fill the spar plug hole with water? The hoses could be leaking, the fittings could be leaking, but how could the core itself cause water to accumulate outside the firewall?
