Ok thanks. I am surprised though that a dealership would replace it for free with just a TSB rather than a full recall. Learn something new everyday. I will check out my 97 and see what I have.
I know that with Explorers there is a recommended 2" lift limit, or somewhere around there, with the torsion bars. Exceeding that places the axles at too extreme of an angle and it induces wear on the CV joints.
I haven't read anything about this for the Expy's but I would think that the same...
There are 3 different circuits going to the trailer. Park, r turn, l turn. If none of them work, I would bet its a grounding issue. There is only one ground wire and they all use it.
When I unlock the doors with the remote the running board lights come on and also when I open a door. They do not come on with inside and turning on the dome light with the dimmer switch. They are not on with parking lights. My connectors are fastened to the truck frame and a wire runs to the...
Can't say on Expys but in Explorers the blinking OD light is an indication of impending transmission troubles. Better get it checked before it's too late.

Something like THIS might help you too
I have also had success sometimes cutting a nice slot in the head of the screw to fit a large straight blade screwdriver that I can put vice grips on the shaft for extra twisting power. Thats after the phillips has been ruined. I am not sure how fragile a...
As a follow up.....
I ordered and received these hoses. They are a bit thinner wall than stock but they fit just fine. I had to cut a couple inches off. The price was definitely right! (around $10 delivered)
Thanks for the link. The best I found was rated ~ 000 and A ~ about 1.5 hours away for $300. The southern one I was talking about was about 40 minutes away for the same price and they get them regularly there. That's their business. I will keep looking though.
I found it for sale on Craigslist from an individual strapped for cash.
I posted this up top but here it is again-
So far I have done these things to it -
Heater core
Blend door
Egr valve
Egr pressure sensor
Major interior cleaning
Mastercraft tires
Alignment
stripped out sub and amp and...
