    3.90 gears- anyone try em' ???

    You can do a 4:10 and a little larger tire, The Edge programmer I put on made a great difference in holding shifts and OD lock-up even pulling a 18" boat and 35" tires. That was before the 4:56 gears. I'll though I do have a 5.4.

    Soak the bolts with penetrating lube for nights ahead of time. I didn't have any real problems front bolt broke taking it out, not a big deal. Just follow the instruction that came with it, I'll assume 3" performance accessories kit?

    I have play in mine also, (spline area) never effected the steering. Its like it never fit tight from Ford

    I removed the rear cats and have Magnaflow muffler with 2 2 1/2" in and outs ( one muffler ) nice low rumble. IF I wanted a little more would go Flowmaster.

    Welcome, Not unless they tell you, I would just do new plugs. Lots of You Tube Vids how to do properly and people on here to help.
