Need new shocks for my 98 Eddie Bauer with the 5.4 4x4.
I want to do a suspension lift but I'm not sure where to look. Open to any suggestions please let me know.
Post links to websites or anything to help thanks.

All depends how big of a suspension lift you're thinking? Bilstein makes a quality road shock. So does KYB from what I've heard.

I have rancho's in my truck and they are nice off road but they are way too springy on road.

I have kyb monomax and I have a 4in suspension lift kit.
Buy a 4-5 inch lift kit for a f150 97-02 and buy a 3in coil spacer with a 1inch booster on top. Then just make longer sway bar end links and you will be set
Alot cheaper!
That's what I did anyways lol

Most guys do 2-3"Rear Spacers, 2"front keys or Torsion Twist and 3"Body Lift
then 35" tire and your done. I would get longer than stock shocks if you do the 2" lift If your Expy needs shocks
other wise your fine.
