Strange problem doing over-the-air update
I would suggest dealership in case something is amiss, I assume they/your course of action to disconnect the battery for a few MINUTES (5…) and reconnect and let it do it’s thing. I say be near the dealership in case it attempts a reload and get’s in a loop….- jfscheck

Oil accumulation on air dam, intercooler weep hole?
I would clean it and see how long it takes to accumulate - I suspect they wouldn't have a weep hole there if something was not engineered to leak occasionally (bypass, etc.).- jfscheck

2025 suspension
In theory you can, but changes to a stock vehicle as designed I would be against - I would suggest first check your tires’ inflation against the listed pressure in the door jamb first. Match exactly and give it a week or two. If still unhappy add another 5lbs pressure and see how that feels...- jfscheck

Ford Connectivity Package
Ordered both the 7 year connectivity plan & Sirus plans available at order, for me it’s a no brainer as I use these services religiously and the cost compared to my Audi & VW ala Ford much incentivized via the purchase availability.- jfscheck

2025 Platinum Max engine failure
The 3.5 has indeed had some issues during its evolution, but third generation is pretty darn bullet proof. not having a good towing experience - 23' airsteam/5000lbs 500lb tongue weight
Another great hitch system for towing rv’s is the ProPride - I swear by them using on my diesel Toureag to tow a 25’ Airstream and on my F-350 towing a 30’ Airstream.- jfscheck

The HORRIBLE steering wheel prevents me...
Agreed - the baby Duramax in second iteration appears to be rock solid dependable and the public have accepted the oil chain timing belt next to the tranny as ok. With diesel always issue with quality diesel and DPF due to complex emissions, but when they work they work with great gas mileage.- jfscheck

Interesting as for both my wife & myself no issues, just drove as our SQ8 or or Boxster. Very comfortable, no be aware we both are certified pilots so perhaps this why? Chatting with some owners we know (both Navigator & Expedition) no compliants either. Guess it’s just a preference thing…...- jfscheck
