If I were here, you would know it !
Well, I did it......

I swapped out my old, hard-assed Goodyear Steadfast HT's for some new Michelin Defender LTX MS2's on my '011 EL Limited....

I had planned to do it in the fall anyways, but somewhere last week, I managed to pick up a large pair of lag screws, 1 in each of the rear tires, and right near the sidewalls, rendering them un-repairable...

So now I am sooooo happy I made the change, as the improvement in ride comfort, handling, steering responsiveness and braking is like a night & day difference !

Yes they cost me a good bit more than the Goodyears, but as far as I am concerned, it was well worth it.

In case anyone wants to know, I ordered them from Tire Rack & had them delivered in 2 days & installed by my local trusted tire shop, nottaproblemo :D

I used those for years when I was driving mostly road and highway.
The Michelin Defender LTX MS2 is an excellent tire, so you made a good choice. Best tires in the rain that I've ever had.

Any thought to use of the Goodyear Eagle Tour tire as the new steeds with 24’s as shoed with? I see the M&S rating and rim protector on the sidewall - can’t wait to see how they perform!
