Stuck Harmonic Balancer Pulley

99 Expedition 5.4 here. Trying to get the harmonic balancer pulley off and it won't budge. I have already pulled the center bolt with a large black washer and smaller steel washer behind it. This looks like part of the crankshaft behind the pulley to me. I have tried PB Blast and heat. It is...
