99 Expedition 5.4 here. Trying to get the harmonic balancer pulley off and it won't budge. I have already pulled the center bolt with a large black washer and smaller steel washer behind it. This looks like part of the crankshaft behind the pulley to me. I have tried PB Blast and heat. It is starting to strip the threads on the puller. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks in advance.

What does the foot that goes on your puller look like? You cannot use it without a foot that centers on the crank and does not damage the crank. The balancer is not that tight on the crank snout. I use a Snapon puller and a KD installer.
