    Middle Console Latch Rattle

Doesn't look like it's available as its own part in the parts catalogue - just with the Lid Assembly. Ford dealer could confirm though.

    Factory LED light issues

Yeah, I've noticed that up here too. When it's really bad out and we're on a road trip, we have to stop every 30 minutes or so to scrape the ice off the headlights.

How much weight are you towing with a “non” HD Expedition?

This whole thread reminds me of this article...

    Upgrade towing

To add to this, batteries too - a group 27 flooded 12v weighs up to 80lbs each. Factor in propane tanks (x2), and your cargo (camp chairs, coleman stove, 1lb tanks, kids toys, bikes, clothes, toiletries, tools, wood blocks, bedding, electrical equipment, water equipment, sewer equipment, axes...

Crazy! That’s literally exactly the same!

What do YOU put in this compartment?

This. And some old school paper maps (you never know when you might need one...)

    Aggravations, Ford's retained ownership.

That's definitely what it is. As someone else said, it's mentioned in the section about programming new codes. In the section about unlocking and locking, it does not mention a key.

Is this a brand new truck? Is it still under warranty? That’ll be your best bet. Those are sealed units and not really user serviceable.

It's lucky then that scientists have actually measured the emission output and gas usage of vehicles with and without start stop and determined gas and emissions are less. Your "wager" versus, you know, scientific measuring instruments. I know which I'd put money on, and it's not your hunch...

    Aggravations, Ford's retained ownership.

Mostly Euro sedans etc - not SUVs for me. But even then, I would imagine for each person who needs a double mirror drop for off-roading, there would be several thousand who need it just for regular parallel parking. Don't forget, when you parallel park, the front of the vehicle swings out into...

Why would you need both mirrors to drop? It’s used for parallel parking, so you can see the curb, which is only ever on one side at a time. Conversely, every vehicle I’ve ever owned (that has mirror dip) has only done one side, selected by the mirror adjustment selector.

    Aggravations, Ford's retained ownership.

It's only the drivers side? That's bizarre... Only concern I have about it is when towing and backing up - definitely do not want them dipping then.

I think that’s the behaviour it fixes. Will let you know when I get 5 mins to try it!

On the Navs, the wing mirrors only unfold when the drivers door is opened. The Expys unfold when any door is opened. You can also enable mirror dipping when backing up (to better see the curb).

where did you find the coding spreadsheets for the Expy? All I can find is f150 ones

Speaking of which...! My FORSCAN cable literally just arrived via Amazon! First things to reprogram are the "key not present" double-honk, and likely the Lincoln wing mirror behaviour. The auto start/stop doesn't actually bother me that much.

This is a reality of reducing emissions and increasing fuel efficiency. Many manufacturers, both foreign and domestic, do this now.

Help. Can't get blind spot to work when cargo box attached.

Just reading the manual again @GeorgeGG - have you checked when moving or just stationary? Page 251 states that BSIS with Trailer Tow switches on over 6mph. I think I was tinkering with it when stationary.

Help. Can't get blind spot to work when cargo box attached.

I had the exact same issue with our travel trailer. Followed all the instructions, but no matter what I do it says "BLIS deactivated". Haven't had time yet to troubleshoot it.

    3. Our salesman showed me the exact spot to wave my foot. Never had a problem with it, and it activates 95% of the times I try. You kick at the exact right seam of the hitch cover, and you kick in a fast front back motion - don't linger or hold your foot there. 5. When you shut off the car...

Likely 6000 for most people, as a Max 4x2wd is pretty rare.
