OASIS Report and Blue Advantage Gold Certified.

Got mine gold certified with the extended warranty. Glad I did because it's paid for TWO transmission rebuilds so far (75K miles on my Expedition). Expires in August, so I have that long to find a new vehicle.

    Phone charge pad

The charger is awful, but it sounds like you are missing the part with the little shelf to hold it in place. In truth you are only missing out on using the slowest wireless charger ever built.

Remove second row captain chair seat cushion

Didn't figure out how to remove the cushion, and the magnet fishing expedition went badly, there's a LOT of metal in there that just sucks the magnet to it. I tested with the other earbud and while it'd stick to the magnet, the amount of plastic made the connection not so strong. However, a...

Remove second row captain chair seat cushion

Anybody got any tips on removing the second row captains chair cushion? My son dropped a very expensive earbud down the seatbelt hole and I can't find it with what I have access to? All my searching reveals things on removing entire seats, but I need to get inside it.

    Transmission rebuild numero dos.

If I buy another Ford, I'll be writing a nice size check to FloodFord for a long extended warranty. I usually don't believe in them, but this one has paid for itself for sure.

    Transmission rebuild numero dos.

Last failure at around 50K, complete rebuild with new CDF drum. Now, at 72K, had it drop out of gear trying to go to 6th while accelerating on the highway, engine spinning, loud clunk, back into gear. Dropped it off at the dealership to get the two recalls done and have the transmission looked...

    Recall

Prophetic post right there. Just picked it up from having both recalls done, tensioners fell into the bad batch and had to be replaced, AND I had to have the transmission rebuilt. Again. Sigh.

    Center Stowage Compartment Downgrade

I've been using this for the last year and it's been rock solid. After having my dropout issues all the time while wired, I saw a youtube video on this and didn't have a lot of faith in it. It was expensive for what it is, there's certainly cheaper options, but I figured I'd try the one the...

    Blue headlight

Interesting, you'd have thought Ford would have gotten this one figured out. I'm in the club with a 2019 and ours usually goes on the passenger side. Sadly, there's no updated part number for us, so paying $1200 for a new one only means it might happen again later. Fortunately, I don't see it...

Wanting your opinions on my idea for different forum layout.

    This right here, excellent suggestion.

Wanting your opinions on my idea for different forum layout.

A custom "Whats New in this section" button would be nice too if possible. I'd be all in on the new layout if I could just do that.

Wanting your opinions on my idea for different forum layout.

This is not an improvement for frequent forum visitors. I have a 4th gen and I use the 4th gen forum, pop in a couple of times daily to see what is new. Now I have to open 11 individual sections to see what is new. The "What's New" button is worthless to me because it'll show what's new over...

    "Y" connector blowout

Make sure to check the other press fit connectors on the other ends of the hoses as well. Stupid design all around by Ford. Mine blew apart by the rear heater, hoses are expensive.

What Have You Done to Your 4th Gen This Week?

That's nicely done. Don't you still have to take it off to use it though or is that for like a bicycle carrier?

Second Row Vent Lock 3D print

Yea, I wanted a 3D printer for a long while. Based on reviews that all read like zeecarr's, I jumped in with Bambu and haven't looked back. P1S with AMS bundle was a very nice acquisition. Delving into gridfinity and taking care of organizing stuff for the wife eased her discontent over the...

    Smaller Wheels for Softer Ride

Probably, but putting in spacers has an actual affect on your vehicle, cutting the tips off does nothing.

Second Row Vent Lock 3D print

Yea, I got my P1S last fall around black Friday. It's been fun solving various problems with it. I'm still very low on the 3D design skills, but am learning as fast as I can, which isn't very fast. :D

Second Row Vent Lock 3D print

I've got the round ones on the third row, but these are on the second row, strange they changed them for one year.

Second Row Vent Lock 3D print

I got tired of listening to my second row passengers complaining about the vents slamming shut if the fan goes over 4 bars. Totally understand the need for hard blowing A/C as we are in the dead of summer here in Texas. I sat down and created a 3D printed part that locks the vents in an open...

Taking my 2019 in for Seatbelt and PCM Emissions Recalls

Sarcasm or no? I've never purchased from CM as their prices were never competitive with other's on the market so I don't know how good or bad their warranty is.

Add-on Keyless Entry Keypad - "Not for Police Vehicles"

I'm guessing a liability thing. Easier for someone to get in and grab guns if it's on a police vehicle, so Ford says it's not for them to keep from getting sued.

To go with 18” or 20” wheels on 23 Limited Max

Changing your oil is more difficult than this. Seriously, you are cutting off the end of a "giant bolt" that, as stated by bb37 is only necessary during installation. There's still a ton of threads left afterwards. As for how much, I measured with a caliper and got it pretty spot on. It's...

To go with 18” or 20” wheels on 23 Limited Max

Because the F150 is a truck designed to haul different things than the Expedition. Take a look at the rear suspension of your Expedition and you'll realize that it's not a solid axle with leaf springs but instead has independent rear suspension for a better ride quality. Two different designs...

    Smaller Wheels for Softer Ride

Imagine the ride if those bigger trucks came from the factory with huge wheels and skinny sidewalls.
