    Eric, Take pictures of the dash when it comes up. No way should a dealer charge $200 on a vehicle under warranty. When you take a picture in ask them for the $200 back.

    If they did not tell you that it wasn't CPO then the best you can do is for e them to take it back. The problem then is that I assume you traded something. I suppose they could make it CPO, but that is a loser for them so who knows. Good luck

    You are out of context. The parts themselves may be warranted, but the engine that you put them on is not protected by Magnesson Moss if you put on a part that changes the performance of the engine.

    We have owned four Lexus. For perspective I have owned about 80 new four wheel vehicles in my life. Other luxury/near luxury brands includes two BMWs, two Audis, four Infiniti, four Acuras. Lexus is by far the most reliable and the dealer service is the best. Congrats on the new LX.
