    Tune up or leave alone?

Plug it and Hose it. Rockauto.com is a supporting vendor. Check their site, order and take 5% off total order. I installed the Iridium plugs in mine. Change the air filter & check the belts/pulleys. Valve covers may just need snugging down. Next oil change go to 5w-30 quality oil, I use...

Well, now I know why it was running rough...

If plugs look that bad, check all the vacuum hoses, etc for deterioration.

No front turn signals, rear signals and hazards work

May be that a wire got cut and is not shorting. May be a first & you got the winning ticket. I had rather dig under the front end first than under the steering wheel myself. Let us know.

    Odd noise origin???

Or idler/belt pulley bearings. Simple repairs. Loosen belt (check to see if replacement needed) & turn pulleys to see if they spin relatively easy. Should not have any binding.

    Help!!

Drain may be stopped up. Look under floorboard (under truck passenger side) to the right of the exhaust. You will see a little black hole about 1/4-3/8" diameter. If you have a wet/dry vac, try drawing the sludge out of that little drain. No pictures or use your Google-foo for A/C drain and...

    Tranny hose leak

Vacuum hose is cheap: https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/ford,2002,expedition,5.4l+v8,1385333,exhaust+&+emission,vacuum+hose,5024 Silicone is more expensive but has better heat resistance. I use it in my '86 F250 Diesel

Fixing water leak from third row window

Pump some good caulk up in there I guess. May have already started rust process. Don't use silicone. Maybe DAP product. Otherwise panel has to come off. Who knows what other problems that will cause. I would check other side also.

Fixing water leak from third row window

You might be able to loosen the retainer nuts, push the seal back up in the void (maybe a little sealer first) and tighten back down. May stop the water.

04 EB 5.4 front drivetrain makes expensive noise at freeway speeds

I have seen this in some older threads when I used to read after signing onto this forum. Send back the new parts or save them for later. Have fun with it while you can.

Any high performance radiators for these things? And electric fans?

I have an electric fan from a PnP '98 Mark VIII I am planning to install in my 2004 as a pusher w/switch/relay for better A/C cooling when needed. Was cheap enough when I picked up years ago. Have one on my '86 Ford F250 6.9l diesel P/U and works great.

    AC Testing...back AC ON?

Yes, have everything running. Is 1 single system with ability to not circulate rear system unless needed. To test pressures, etc, front and rear must be operating. If possible, use a HD shop fan in front of the grill blowing towards the condenser to imitate air flow driving on the street.

You may want to check your vacuum lines for that problem.

03 Eddie Bauer intermittently blows AC out of front, fan still running

If you have gauges, check your charge at 1200 rpm. From adding refrigerant previously: You may have too much refrigerant and is cutting out the compressor on high pressure but lets the fan run until pressure drops to safe level to engage compressor. If you just used a drop-in can of something...

Installation of New AC Compressor & Components

If the shop has a recovery/installation machine, would be best for them to do it. Machine will: reclaim old refrig, add necessary oil, pull vacuum to correct dryness, check for leaks, & recharge refrig to factory specs.

    back up light switch

Circuit should be in the neutral safety switch.

    AC Questions.

Empty/reclaim system, repair/replace leak/line, replace accumulator/drier, pressurize, check for leaks, empty system again, pull vacuum, fill system (adding back correct amount of lost oil) to correct amount of refrigerant, check for leaks again. In that order.
