    Easy way to find out. Rev it up, it rattles. unplug the electrical connector to the wastegate. If rattle goes away you have your answer.

    This was my wastgate rattle. You can hear it really good toward the end of the video. The dealer replaced the turbo.

    Thank goodness we can change the water pump easily, and its not internal.

    I am guessing this is the vent tube for the front differential. My tube is just floating around on the break booster, I see a mounting clip around the tube to secure it to the teuck somewhere. Can someone take a photo of where their tube is mounted. I am not seeing where it should go.

    My 2019, with 12k had them replaced, The tech that did the job is a pro at them by now. He did a flawless job b/c he does so many of the. I would take in the truck and have them replaced.

    Artie, New cam phasers already have been installed. Here is a video of my cold start. It is quiet as a mouse now.

    I will be adding wire loom, this really chaps my ass. What the hell are the engineers thinking! Has me thinking what else if designed as poorly as this. You just cant make it up folks

    My dealer said to drop off sunday night. Leave a note on the steering wheel stating not to start without 2 people, one to start the truck and one who will be assigned to the job of replacing the phasers to listen to the cold start. After that, if parts in stock, 2 days

    I used excite mode. . Is that program your using an obd2 or gps signal to get those 5.5 times?
