    If the floor vents are still pushing air, look for broken/deteriorated vacuum hose at the firewall right behind the battery. You will probably have to remove the battery to see it.

    Coolant reservoir

    The reservoir on my '03 was all nasty like that about 10 years ago. Stuck the garden hose down in it and turned the water on full blast and just let it overflow until it cleared out all the whatever it was that was in there. Almost looked like algae. Have you been using just plain water in it?

    Over the course of 30,000 miles from 60k to 90k, I had 3 coils go bad. After the 3rd one, I just went ahead and replaced all of them and the plugs too.

    '03 Expedition. Removed the the wiper cowling and replaced some washer hose and a broken "Y" connector that was shooting washer fluid straight up instead of on to the windshield. Repainted the wiper arms matte black while I had them off.

    It's a shame you don't know the service history, especially on the transmission. But I would take a chance and change the ATF anyway. Oil, coolant, differential fluid change. Plugs and coils. (Use Ford coils and plugs) With new tires,you should be good to go.

    The vehicle is not that old but it does have 175k on it. If you plan on keeping until 275k or more, go with the new Ford transmission.

    Watched the video. Sure looks like it could be a plugged cat. If not, I would look at the fuel pump being bad. Didn't see a flashing CEL, so apparently no misfire. No CEL. That's strange. What's the red light at the bottom of the dash?

    Bad fuel regulator? Bad fuel pump? Flashing SES means misfire, so should be some kind of code in OBD II.

    Any OBD codes showing? But it sounds like you may need a transmission overhaul. How many miles on the vehicle? Check the transmission fluid. Is it low? Is it dark or reddish color?

    At 5'9", I don't have a problem reaching the dipstick to check the oil. But when I wash the Expedition at home, I need a step ladder to do the roof. Hence, the roof doesn't get washed that often, lol. Well, no one can see it anyway, except for 18 wheeler drivers.
