    Not sure why the differences, I have the dyno sheets...the only other mod the truck has on it and was there for the dyno is a Gibson cat back...if you believe in the 20% drivetrain loss and the 3v's are rated @300 hp then 240 to the wheels stock is right...

    Dyno'ed today and it was 240hp/290tq stock, after the CAI and SCT tune it was 270hp and 360tq with a peak tq reading of 390@2100 rpm's. 2nd gear pull and 93 octane. www.jlttruecoldair.com or his shop number is 757-335-1940.

    I just dyno'ed my 05 Expy today and it was 240hp/290tq stock and after the JLT CAI and SCT tune it went to 270hp/355 tq with a peak tq reading of 390 tq at 2100 rpm's. This was a 2nd gear dyno run and on 93 octane. His webiste is www.jlttruecoldair.com or call him 757-335-1940. Greg

    The TB spacer is a waste of money. CAI's help, check out www.jlttruecoldair.com for intakes. Cat back's will help, but I will guarante that you will not get 100HP for $500.

    Rear rotor removal

    I hope you have new rotors; to get mine off I had to use a lot of PB blast, WD 40 and a 5lb hammer to beat them off. Pound in a spot and then rotate the rotor to give it an even pounding... of course this is the end of the rotor...
