Light behind the mileage
I have the same issue. I don't suspect bulbs because it is so frequent and random at the same time. Seems more like a bad connection. I've been too lazy to pull the dash, but I'll try the bulbs in the odometer. Thanks- gbecerra

All wheel drive to 2 wheel drive mod
A while back I read a post that said to remove a "fuse" I believe, but I can't remember for sure. It was under the hood and after I did that it disengaged the automatic feature to engage the front tires when rear slipping is sensed. After that I was able to break it loose. hesitation under half to full throttle
Have you cleaned out the throttle body? It may be gunked up like mine was and there was definitely a delay in throttle response.- gbecerra
