Even if it hasnt thrown a code yet, try and get it scanned at an auto parts store. You can get a basic OBDII scanner fairly cheap at Harbor Freight for $40ish.- Never_Evil

Incase anyone is new to brake pad replacement
Neat video. One concern for safety would to be to put a jack stand under the axle and lift the jack to the frame as a back up support. Diesel is the only way to go. Sure the new smog laws are trying to get rid of them, but when it comes down to just efficiency and power.... you cant get much better than a Diesel. '00 Expy vs. '03 Expy 4x4's, EB's towing/payload and ball joints
The 2000 Expedtion will have a solid rear axle vs the 2003 having an independent rear axle. Both axles will have a 9.75" ring gear which is plenty strong. Creaking sound from front drvers side wheel area.

You "fixed" the arms? Please explain that a little better. How did you replace the bearings? They are a unit bearing and must be replaced as a whole.
