Heated / Cooled seat Problem
Had the same problem with my 03 EB Expy after the battery went dead - no heated or cooled seats and only the selector lit up. Read the link above and that was the solution. Took it to the dealer and they reprogrammed the EATC and the functions came back. Service person told me that happens if...- BernieO

How do the Heated and Cooled Seats work?
Cooled seat operation The cooled seats have a fan unit in the bottom of each seat that blows air through ducting to distribute across the bottom and back of the seats. If you look close enough under each seat, you can see the fan unit.- BernieO
