Exhausted from repairs

Fading break pedal
While backing out of the driveway this morning the brake pedal went completely to the floor. It kind of scared me because I wasn't ready for it and I haven't had coffee yet. Should it stay or should it go?
Hello all! I am having a new radiator core support installed on my 2006 and was wondering if I should replace the water pump since the front clip will be removed. It has 126,000 miles on the original. I'm thinking how much longer could she go? What say you? Thanks- kramerpage
