I changed my exhaust to a dual flow system. I used Magnaflow highflow Cats, a X over, and Mufflers with 18 exhaust outlets. Sounds great and the neighbors have not complained.
I have them on my Expy and they have held up great so far. They are suppose to mount into the original runnuing board holes. I wasn't that lucky I had to drill a few holes to mount mine.
Sorry it took me a while to respond. I ordered the torsion bars from fordpartsgiant.com last October. You may want to check with TASCA he sells Ford parts to the forum members and may be able to find the torsion bars.
Expeditionary: The only mod I had to do to make the RCD lift kit work was...
the 7700 torsion bars lifted the front of the expedtion about two inches and that was after putting the torsion key bolt back in at it's orginal measurement. The Eddie Bauer air ride torsion bars are really weak. The bars are about 55 1/2 inches long.
I have a 2000 Expedition EB that had the air ride in all four corners. I replaced my torsion bars with 7700 bars Part numbers F75Z-5B326-KB (Right) and
F75Z-5B327-KB (Left). The length was perfect. Hope this helps.
